With over 20 years experience in the industry, we have had the opportunity to be affiliated with carpet cleaners, window cleaners, pressure cleaners and floor specialists, and are able to offer you the benefit of this knowledge.
In an industry which is increasingly managed by people who have no background in cleaning, we are pleased to be able to offer managers experienced in the cleaning industry.
We are not a franchising company. At Pace, we are interested in the actual cleaning, not just the contract. Unlike other commercial cleaning companies, Pace Cleaning does not employ cleaners, or on-sell your cleaning contract to franchisees or other companies.
Instead, we provide you with a dedicated site manager who will not only manage and monitor our subcontractors, but is committed to delivering consistent, reliable and quality service at all times. We pride ourselves on our immediate response time and should you have any problems or questions, we can address these promptly.
For additional peace of mind, all of our cleaners are fully insured, come with police clearance and are trained in occupational health and safety procedures.

They are a personable business who work closely with sites, tailoring services to meet individual needs and requests. It seems that nothing is too much to ask!
Our site manager regularly phones me to check orders and products, to offer additional services and then organises these around staff hours. This year I have requested several additional cleans around our special events and renovations, all outside of regular service hours. They are always obliging, efficient and thorough.
They arrange additional end of term carpet and window cleaning and advises on products ie.foam handwash, complete with the fitting of dispensers, and the best deals on paper towels or tissues etc. He is well able to source goods and materials and deliver quickly. Especially when we run out!
Our site manager has consistently made himself available for additional support ie.attended the site following a break-in, to clear up glass and damage before children arrived for kindergarten. I can also rely on PACE to turn off ‘stray’ lights and air-conditioning. And, when I make a phone calI, I can get a hold of him!
PACE and their subcontractors are fully compliant with Criminal Screening Regulations ie.Police Clearance, Service Agreements/Contracts and the invoicing is timely, professional and accurate.
